CAN YOU COVER AN ITEM IN MY OWN FABRIC / LEATHER?

Yes of course. We do this quite often, we just have to ensure the fabric you choose is suitable and meets fire regulations. For more information please contact us.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery process is determined by the item you order. As the majority of our items are hand made the delivery time can be up to 8 weeks. We aim to ship most items within 6 weeks of the order date. The delivery time is detailed on all our listings. If you require an item urgently then please contact us and we may be able to help.

 

We offer free delivery on all standard products within the UK. If you require delivery outside of the UK please contacts us and we will be able to quote you for delivery.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit or debit cards are accepted as well as PayPal on our website. you can also collect items directly from us and pay via credit/debit or cash. We do not accept cash on delivery.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

From time to time we do offer discounts on large orders or as part of a sale. The best way to stay up to date with our current offers, is to subscribe to our mailing list or to like our page on facebook and instagram.  You are always welcome to contact us and we will be happy to help.

CAN I CHANGE THE ITEM TO MY SPECIFICATIONS?

Yes of course. We manufacture almost all of the items we sell. This gives us the opportunity to create custom designs to your needs. If you require an items being made larger,smaller, a different colour or shape simply contact us and we will help where possible. We also have access to a vast range of fabrics and leathers for our upholstered items so if you cant find what you are looking for we may be able to help.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept Returns on all standard items when notified within 14 days and returned to us within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for the return of the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept returns on bespoke orders unless they have been damaged during transit. If you have an issue with your item then please contacts us and we will be happy to help.
